HVAC CLEANINGS
How it works
We will snake air hoses through the vents and air returns and pull the debris toward us at the start of every vent. The end of the air hose has a brush-like attachment that helps get a more thorough clean. At the end of the process, we will go into the furnace, clean out around the fan and air filter while also cleaning the electronics. The final step is we put an anti-microbial/disinfectant through the system that will kill any smells or bacteria living in the system. This is all included in our simple flat rate price.

The Process
We will start on the outside of the house and clean from there first by snaking an air hose through the system to the dryer then turning on the air and pulling all the lint and build up to the outside. We will then come inside and check the inside of the dryer. Next, we then turn the dryer on and check the airflow outside. This allows us to guarantee that the air is flowing properly and efficiently.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
We use an air compressor system that is as effective as it is versatile. The different attachments allow us to tailor our cleaning to fit your particular vents. The air compressor is designed to propel itself through the vent, and the length of the line we use allows us to reach the furnace from each vent.
HOW DO YOU DO YOUR PRICING?
Our pricing is simple and honest. We have two services: HVAC cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. For cleaning HVAC, we charge based on the square footage of the house. We don't charge extra for anything, even extra returns or furnaces. For Dryer vent cleaning, We have two prices, based on if the vent exits through the roof or one of the walls. With both services, the price we tell you over the phone is the price we will charge you, guaranteed.
